If you like walking in the mountains, hiking in the Dolomites is where to start your hiking adventures in Italy. Located in the Italy North East, the Dolomites stretch across 3 regions: Trentino and the  South Tyrol region with Bolzano.
Veneto with Cortina and Friuli Venezia Giulia, with the Eastern Dolomites.  Here is why you will love this hiking trip in the Northern Dolomites of Italy. South Tyrol has some of the most diverse and beautiful Dolomites landscapes, and the multitude of things to do is just incredible. It's well connected by an efficient bus network, so by public transport, you can get everywhere. Hiking trails. Next to superb mountain views, the option of short day-hikes to multi-day hikes is hard to beat. This is one of the best regions in Italy for walking and hiking.
Cultural and natural experience this is a top region for hiking but also for a relaxing holiday in the Dolomites. The food is excellent with a rich history, bilingual folks (Italian + German)  with traditions that beautifully blend together.

The Dolomites Hiking Tour*

Tour Dates 5-10 July 2027 - 5 nights and 6 days

  • Day 1. - Arriving in Bolzano & Bus Transfer to Ortisei
    Arriving in Bolzano by Midday. Bus transfer to Gardena Valley. Checking in at our hotel. Afternoon walking tour of Ortisei. Dinner together.
  • Day 2, 3, 4, 5 Daily hikes in the Val Gardena & Alpe di Siusi 
    Four days of hiking in the Gardena Valley and Siusi Plateau. All moderate hikes from 3-6 hours/day with 300-600 meters elevation. Sightseeing and guided town walks. 
  • Day 6 Back to Bolzano
    After breakfast, bus transfer back to Bolzano. End of Tour by midday.

This is a women-only tour in twin-bed accommodation. Due to the very limited availability of double rooms for single use in the Dolomites hotels, we run this tour with twin-bed or double rooms accommodation. 
However we might be able to get 1 or 2 private rooms.

Hiking Tour Price: What's Included and What's Not

This is a women-only tour in twin-bed accommodation. Due to the very limited availability of double rooms for single use in the Dolomites hotels, we run this tour with twin-bed or double rooms accommodation. However we might be able to get 1-2 private rooms too. If interested please mention that in the waitlist form.

  • 5 Nights in 3/4  hotel with cont. breakfast 
    (Twin-bed occupancy only. Double room for single) 
  • Planning, organising and guiding this hiking trip 
    (all day-activities, all guided hikes, sightseeing.)

What this Tour price does not include

  • Flights/Trains/Buses to/from Ortisei.

  • Hotel City Tax (to be paid at the hotels.
